Level 1 - Guppies

Explore buoyancy; fully submerge face; supported float on front and back; breath control (blowing bubbles); enter and exit water independently; supported flutter kick on front and back; independently get to the wall from 2-3 yards away.

$85.00 per child

Monday/Wednesday  or Tuesday/Thursday

10:45 – 11:15 am

Level 2 - Minnows

Explore rhythmic breathing; fully submerge head; unsupported front and back float; unsupported glide from wall on front and back; enter pool from a standing position; flutter kick on front and back with kickboard; orientation to deep water with support.

$85.00 per child

Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday

10:45 – 11:15 am

Level 3 - Dolphins

Rhythmic breathing with head fully submerged; object retrieval; level off from vertical position; orientation to deep water; enter pool in 5ft area feet first; combined kick and arm movement, freestyle and backstroke; introduce breaststroke and dolphin kick.

$85.00 per child

Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday

10:45 – 11:15 am 

Level 4 - Pre-Team

Freestyle and backstroke 50 yards; tread water; standing dive from side of pool; underwater swimming; open turn front and back; introduce breaststroke pullout and pull/kick together; introduce butterfly pull/kick together.

$250.00 per child, 6 week session(M-Th)

    Play anytime in December

    Event is open to all! 2 person team, 18-hole scramble played on Foresight Sim. There will be a Gross and Net Division (must have a GHIN handicap to be eligible for Net prizes). Entry fee includes golf and prizes! Tournament round may be played anytime in December!
